Vintage LeCoultre, authentic?

Can anyone tell me anything about this vintage LeCoultre? The dial looks a little clean for an old watch, a redial? Any advise appreciated.

It is an authentic U.S.A. market watch, but yes, it appears the dial is refinished.

Looks like a Patton from the early 1950's. They had several different dials, but that isn't one of them. Here's one in black:
