Hi !
This watch belonged to my late grandmother and we would like to know if you guys can give us a rough estimate of what it's worth.
On the back we read a serial number (?) 949670. Would this mean it was made in 1953 ? (925.000 in 1953 and 1.000.000 in 1954)
We're not sure if it's silver or white gold.
I hope you can give me some more information. Thanks in advance !

Please note: Almost ALL the small ladies "cocktail" watches of brands such as Bulova, Gruen, Hamilton, etc., with gold trading at record prices are trading at or near scrap.

Where are you getting this serial number information and come up with 1953/54?
