1950s Gubelin Watch

I was given this watch as a gift. I can't find any information on it and would like to know more.
I don't know what it's made of or the model number and don't know how to get the back off.
Looks to have the original band. Seems to run well.

Can you provide a photo of the back? It would tell me what the case is made of.

These are made by Jaeger-LeCoultre and have a similar valuation.

Hopefully this is legible. I don't see anything on it besides a personal inscription - BEC July 1955 and Geneve.

If I am interpreting the colors correctly, it's a stainless steel back. If that is the case, the top is usually made of a lower Karat gold, like 10k or 14k.

I would agree that the back look likes it's stainless.
