Jaeger Uniplan early serial

Here is a newly found watch from a flea market.
It is intersting to note that this watch is an early production: signed Jaeger on Dial (tarnished but still nice with applied numbers), signed Lecoultre on the caliber (which one is it btw, there seems to be some confusion on Ranfft website and other sites...: 411, 413, 11LO, 438 ???) and surprisingly signed LECOULTRE on the inner case back which is something I could not find in any other relevant samples from this era (most of them are unsigned).
It is a Reverso Shaped case which I personnaly like better than the more "angular" ones (i used to own 2 of those latter shapes)
here are the pictures, sorry for the quality...
I would be glad to know on the production date and its value given its characteristics.

It's probably a French market watch, circa 1933-1934.
