From the movement serial number 1331081 I think is close to 1957 or early 58

The watch is from 1958.
The dial is flaking and that is a big issue in my opinion. So it'll shard to value exactly as no one has dials anymore, so I will give you a wide range:
$12-18k.

There is a chance the factory has a few left, and in this case, it's probably worth it to send it in, even though they will charge you $2500-3000 for the dial and the overhaul.

It is some scratches on the glass and dust on the dial I believe is need cleaning

If they have dials left, it's worth sending in, in my opinion. Even if you get a fairly big bill.
