JLC Unusual Malachite Dial

Enamored with JLC since first purchase 2 years ago. Received Zaf’s book about 3 weeks ago… great work! Thanks!
Nonetheless, looking for more info on mother’s JLC probably from mid 1970’s. –
Malachite dial, 18ct. gold. \popjpeg{145783,} attempting to download photos, but only moderate quality.
Stamped on back case: 4475 21 and 1430571, (is the first the case reference number? and the second the serial number?)\popjpeg{145784,}
Stamped on inside case: 143 18k 0.750. On Movement: 2240937.\popjpeg{145785,}
Anyone seen a similar JLC?
Any info such as Model, Caliber, Year, Value would be greatly appreciated from a new fan.
