JLC Master Mariner rare?

Postby MOL » Fri Feb 09, 2018 3:20 am

Dear Forum,

I have this JLC Master Mariner ref E557, serial 1825536, caliber K661.
1. They seem rare as JLCs, I see them pop up as LCs only now and then but seldom as JLCs - why is that?
2. Can you pls help me date it, 60'S I suggest but can it be narrowed down?

The serial you're giving is that of the case or the movement?

It's caliber 881 not 661.

It would date to about 1967.
