Request for information on a dress watch

Hello, I'm new to this forum and vintage JLC collecting.

There's a dress watch on a dealer's website that I'm interested in and would like to learn more about.

My concerns are related to originality and if any parts have been replaced or polished. There's no reference number stamped that I can see although there is a case number. It's advertised as an early 50s model.

The second hand looks rather small for the 37mm case? I'm not familiar with the Cal. P450 either.

The strap buckle is aftermarket and is there information on period correct buckles? Whether they were signed or unsigned?

Would love to hear any advice that the community may have! Thank you!

I'm also wondering if the edges of the back of the case have been sheared off.

Might this reference have originally come with a dust cover?

The back is definitely very polished. It would not have come with a dust cover.
