After years of searching, I've finally managed to find a nice men's 1930's Reverso. However I'm not too sure about the originality of the dial, I suspect it is a repaint from a few decades ago. The crown also isn't original, but I don't think it will be too hard to find a better match for it.
The case looks good to me, matching serial numbers on the back and inside the case, 14 7xx.
The movement is signed LeCoultre (so I guess that should correspond with a LeCoultre dial, shouldn't it?), no caliber reference, it's a 15 jewels centre seconds movement, with serial number 45 1xx
