Hi there! Great site and threads. Wondering if someone can tell me more about this gorgeous ladies watch please? Case Serial #431111, movement Ser# 498240. Hallmarked 18K gold. The band is a double black, braid.

The movement dates to 1947 or so, but I suspect it was cased in the early 1950s.
