Classicwatch Vintage Watches

Hi there,
I am thinking about purchasing an 18k JLC Memovox. It is from a reputable dealer who has been delaing in JLC's for circa 50 years. I've attached a couple of photos of the watch. Is there anything obvious that I need to be concerned about? Any advice welcome!

It looks OK, but I think the dial may be restored, or at a bare minimum the luminous material is more recent. I'd take a very careful look at that as it does influence value.
