And in the warranty paper Mod No 814/M257

date 1971.10.25

Number on the back 1000332, and A under the number.

Can you help me, with price, more info, and the name of the model.

The case reference number might be stamped on the insides. It most likely does not have a model name. Value is probably around $900.
