I don't think it will be an expensive watch, i.e. not more than the value of the case. 13 "rubis" movements are usually not high grade.

If the dial is in poor condition, as it appears to be, probably around $250.

Your watch sounds like a generic Swiss watch, with a generic brand name. There are 100s of such names, so the value will be dependent on the case metal and the maker of the movement.

But....what does this have to do with Jaeger-LeCoultre?

It's 18k gold. Dial is just copper tone, I don't think it's 100% copper, but is probably a copper alloy that was then painted.
It dates to the 1950s most likely, I don't know the exact reference number, but they're just usually called a "ladies backset" due to the crown position on the back.
