Do you happen to know what caliber movement it is, if not is it manual or automatic?
Pateks are tricky to regulate, esp. if the movement has a Gyromax balance.

For a Powermatic, I would expect the dial brand to match the movement brand, with "LeCoultre" on the insides of the case back in both cases.

I looked some more at the pictures and it is indeed a chronometer. Very nice example! I think a realistic price to an end user is under $5k but again, this is a gut feeling estimate, not one based in prior sales, etc. I have much more realistic consignment terms than C & C should you be based in the...

Looks like a lovely watch. My guess is going to be $4500, assuming it's checks out and has a chronometer grade movement. I don't have specific market info on the watch, so it's just a guess.

There are definitely alarms that came with unsigned crowns, typically the earlier ones, say before 1960 or so.
