Re: Le Coultre cal814: please help

Hard to say on the lume without seeing it. As long as it's pleasing the the eye, it doesn't impact value.

Many LeC of that era didn't have case refs on them.

Re: Wrist Alarm / Memovox

I can date the watch via the MOVEMENT serial number. It is not a 1970s watch and the dial has been redone to make it look like a Euopean model, which it isn't. This is a USA market watch, probably late 1950s.

Re: Le Coultre cal814: please help

Check the apparisal corner, there is a similar watch being discussed there. If you didn't find a ref yet on the vase back, it doesn't have one.

Re: Le Coultre Wrist Alarm

For USA market watches you're in the right ball park. The gold ones are usually 14k in the US though.

Re: Help identify this Jaeger-LeCoultre Ladies watch please.

If it's a back set watch, and you've never done it, best to leave it to a pro. If it has a case back #, that may give us a rough idea of age. Looks like a 1960s piece.

Re: Help identify this Jaeger-LeCoultre Ladies watch please.

Not sure! It *may* have a case reference number on the insides of the case back, but it looks like it is back set, so it won't be obvious to get to it.

Re: Le Coultre Wrist Alarm

They frequently did that re: the lume, so it's OK. It's definitely a USA market watch.

If it's really pristine and all original $1450 is OK, perhaps still a little high, any condition issues subtract vigorously from there.

Re: Jaeger Duo-Plan 18K 1933

Maybe $1200-1400. It's still and 18k Duoplan.

.pdf version of the book is tricky as people can just email it around to themselves.

Re: sweeping second hand for triple date

I'm, not aware of a part like this being available from any of the parts suppliers. So yes, that's probably the best bet.

Re: Help with ID. Vintage Jaeger Chronograph

The watch has definitely been restored. I do not like the unfrosted bridge texture on a frosted movement. So I'm not sure that's how it came originally.
