The dial is very clean with slight darkening around the edge. The numbers are all bright and the dial appears to be original and not refinished.

Thank you. Any idea of age or value. One lug has a 4 digit stamp that I can't read. I was hoping someone more familiar could fill in the blanks. I have Stainless Steel wrist watch with a 31 mm dial signed Cartier. The movement is a P478/C and was made by the European Watch and Clock Co and in a LeCoultre case stamped EW&C Co. The over all diameter of the case is 36 mm and the dial looks to be untouched. The case shows wear pitting but reason...
